Water & Sewer Distribution

Water & Sewer Distribution has several job responsibilities.  They have to uphold all the lines for our Water & Sewer System.  This includes leak repairs, line replacements, fire hydrant repairs, new water meter installations, sewer line repairs, sewer backups, inspection of all lines with our camera system, 15 well lines and the Call-Okie locates.

All personnel are required to have a Water & Sewer license.

They work closely with Community Development on the construction phase to ensure all of our items are follow the appropriate specifications.

We are part of the CMOM program initiated by DEQ over our sewer lines that is audited annually.

One part of the Distribution Department that works closely with our Utility Billing is our Meter Readers.  They are responsible for reading meters, cutoffs, turn off’s-on’s, and all the work orders associated with the meters.

Veolia Water is our subcontractor to handle all the tasks of maintaining our Treatment Plant and making sure our Well lines are running properly.  Any questions regarding the quality of Water, please contact Veolia Water.
