For police or accident reports, solicitor’s permit, security alarm permits, and other documents, you may contact the Records Department by telephone at (405) 350-7586.

*Fingerprint cards can be initiated through Records during business hours with a valid State or Government issued photo identification.  Fee is $10.00 and fingerprint cards are provided.  If fingerprint cards from another agency need to be used, bring blank fingerprint cards with you.
