Every community needs parks for its citizens. “Parks are for People!” We are always striving to improve our park facilities and enhance our special events for Yukon.
“Friends of the Park” is a non-profit organization formed to assist with growing demands of the City of Yukon’s park and recreation system. You can help make further park development and special events a reality. If you are interested in making a tax-deductible donation or volunteering some time, please join “Friends of the Park.” Annual membership is $25, individual or $50, family. Members receive a quarterly newsletter and complimentary tickets to certain special events.
Donations over and above the membership fee will go to help provide, “The Super Quality of Life” which is part of this great city.
If you would be interested in making a tax-deductible donation for further park development, or if you have an interest in assisting with a special event, we invite you to join “Friends of the Park.”
