Starting New Service

A one time $25 connection fee will be added to your first bill.

  1. The account holder must apply for service in person with two forms of I.D. One must be a photo I.D.
  2. A $40 deposit per water meter for new residential customers.
  3. A $50 deposit per water meter for new commercial customers.
  4. An application form must be completed.   
  5. Payment of any prior unpaid balances.
  6. We recommend that you set up your password so that we are able to speak to others you authorize to conduct businesses with us concerning your account.
  7. We require that an adult be at the location when new service is turned on, due to the possibility of flooding created by plumbing problems or faucets that may have been left on by prior occupants. If you choose not to be present, we require that you sign a "Hold Harmless" waiver.
