Identity Theft Prevention
We endeavor to protect your personal information that we have on file, and practice these safeguards:
- We will require two forms of identification, one of which must be a photo I.D., to establish new service, transfer service from one address to another, to discontinue established service and other account activities. Written forms for each of these activities is also required.
- We ask that you establish a password if you would like for yourself, your spouse or another person to be able to speak to us by phone concerning your account. The password is of your choosing and must be written on our form and submitted to us in person with two forms of identification, one of which must be a photo I.D.
- Additionally, we have implemented other internal procedures to safeguard your information so that it is never viewed or shared with unauthorized persons.
