Ward Boundaries

(1) Ward One.

 Ward One shall be bounded on the west side by Cornwell

Drive from Main Street to Spruce Drive; thence easterly and continuing

southerly along Spruce Drive which turns into Beech Avenue; then along

Beech Avenue to Willow Place; thence southwest along Willow Place to

Fay Avenue; then east along Fay Avenue to Cherrywood Lane; thence

south along Cherrywood Lane to Vandament Avenue; thence east along

Vandament Avenue to the east city limits; thence north along the east

city limits to SH 66/Main Street; thence westerly along SH 66/Main

Street to Cornwell Drive.

 

(2) Ward Two.

Ward Two shall be bounded on the east by Yukon Parkway

from N.W. 10th Street to VandamentAvenue; thence west on Vandament

Avenue to Cherrywood Lane; thence north on Cherrywood Lane to Fay

Avenue; then west on Fay Avenue to Willow Place; then northeasterly

along Willow Place to Beech Avenue; then easterly along Beech Avenue

which turns into Spruce Drive; then north and continuing westerly along

Spruce Drive to Cornwell Avenue; thence south along Cornwell Drive to

Vandament Avenue; thence west along Vandament Avenue to Holly

Avenue; then south on Holly Avenue and continuing south to a point due

south of the intersection of Holly Avenue and Vandament Avenue on

N.W. 10th Street; thence east on N.W. 10th Street to Yukon Parkway.

 

(3) Ward Three.

Ward Three shall be bounded on the north by SH 66/Main

Street from Cornwell Drive to Frisco Ridge Road; then south along Frisco

Ridge Road to Branch Line Road; then east and continuing southerly

along Branch Line Road and continuing along the line to Kings gate Road;

thence southerly on Kingsgate Road to Westport Avenue; thence south

on Westport Avenue to VandamentAvenue; thence west on Vandament

Avenue to Frisco Road; thence south on Frisco Road to the city limit;

then east along the city limit approximately one-half mile; then south

along the city limit approximately one-half mile to N.W. 10th Street;

thence east along N.W. 10th Street to a point due south of the

intersection of Holly Avenue and Vandament Avenue; thence north to

Vandament Avenue; thence east along Vandament Avenue to Cornwell

Drive; thence north along Cornwell Drive to SH 66/Main Street.

 

( 4) Ward Four.

Ward Four shall be bounded on the north by Wilshire Road

from Cimarron Road to Sara Road; then south along Sara Road

approximately two and one-half miles; then west along the city limit

approximately one-half mile; then south along the city limit to SH

66/Main Street; then west along SH 66/Main Street to Frisco Ridge

Road; then south along Frisco Ridge Road to Branch Line Road; then east

and continuing southerly along Branch Line Road and continuing along

the line to Kingsgate Road; thence southeasterly along Kingsgate Road

to Westport Avenue; thence south on Westport Avenue to Vandament

Avenue; thence west on VandamentAvenue to Frisco Road; thence north

along Frisco Road to Main Street; thence west on Highway 66, also

known as Main Street, to Gregory Road; thence south on Gregory Road

to N.W. 23rd Street; thence west along N.W. 23rd Street to the west city

limit; thence north along the west city limit to Main Street; thence east

along Main Street to Gregory Road; thence north along Gregory Road to

Foreman Road; thence east along Foreman Road to Cimarron Road;

thence north along Cimarron Road to Wilshire Road, less and except a

part of the Southwest Quarter (SW /4) of Section Thirteen (13), in

Township Twelve (12), North of Range Six (6), West of the Indian

Meridian, bounded and described as follows; beginning at a point Eight

Hundred Eighty-seven (887) feet West of the Southeast Corner of said

Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township and

Range aforesaid; thence North Three Hundred Forty (340) feet; thence

West Two Hundred (200) feet; thence South Three Hundred Forty (340)

feet; thence East Two Hundred (200) feet to the place of beginning.

(b) References in subsection (a) of this section to streets, avenues, drives and

railroad rights-of-way shall mean the centerline of the streets, avenues, drives

and railroad right-of-way.
